Specialistic Construction has been in operation since 1995 as a full service general contractor, specializing in the building of high quality, functionally accessible homes, additions and renovations for persons challenged by physical conditions and special needs. Many people have temporary or permanent physical conditions that can affect activities of daily living. Many of these limitations, and the challenges they present, can be overcome in a custom designed living environment.
We work with you and your medical team of doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, case managers and other specialists to determine the best solutions for your environment. Whether you choose new construction or specialized barrier free room renovation, we will provide complete personalized planning from consulting, site locations to architectural design to a finished “turn key project”.
At Specialistic Construction, we understand your needs and can design the structure for your environment to help you minimize limitations and maximize the comfort that you require for daily living. We also are able to secure and install any equipment necessary to support your needs from grab bars to wheel chair ramps and/or lift systems as well as, generators for emergency power backup, alarm systems and more.
